Minnie Mae ACKLEY 19 Nov 1891.) He lived much of his life in and around Ithaca, Tompkins County, N.Y. By 1910 Minnie had borne six children but only four (Harry, Leon, Bertha and Dorothy) had survived. Charles was a son of George W. HOVER and Pluma Annette WHITELY Hover. (The HOVER name was changed to HOOVER, sometime in Charles' generation.) If you are related to this family, or know anything about them, I would love to hear from you.
