Why I believe this to be the individual.
• The 1935 Portland City Directory lists Max and Ida Star living at 46 Kellogg.
• The 1937 Portland City Directory lists Max Star living along at 46 Kellogg.
• Find-a-Grave indicates that Ida Star died 22 February 1936 at age 49. She is buried next to Max Star, who died in 1953).
I am sure this photo is of Ida Star, taken in 1934, when she was about 47 years old.
