FamilySearch.com states died 1917 in Wisconsin. Married niece, Pauline Titera, born in Wisconsin, in Milwaukee 1916. These men in photo were representatives of their states on a committee selected at the mass meeting in Oklahoma City to survey and lay off the city into lots and blocks, streets and alleys.
