Comments: Thomas Hogg (Nee: ) | | 1835-1850 | Comments: This portrait of Thomas Hogg appears in The Horticulturist and Journal of Rural Art and Rural Taste, vol.V, 1855. There is also a biographical sketch of him on pages 156-160 of that volume. He was born at Polwarth, Berwickshire, Scotland 20 Feb 1778 and he died on the 11th of Oct 1854 or 1855. He was involved in horticulture.
