Dead Fred's Genealogy Photo Archive, a free, fun photo genealogy research web site devoted to helping you visualize your heritage!

Dear readers,

Please help us keep DeadFred alive. 90% of our expenses are supported by donations averaging $5. Not many visitors contribute. If each visitor reading this right now gave $2, our fundraiser would be done by the time you finish reading this. That's right, the price of a large can of soda would do it.

If DeadFred is helpful to you, please take a moment to help us. We are a very small group of volunteers serving thousands of readers daily with very little outside support. DeadFred is a place to share and discover the faces of your ancestors. The funds we receive go toward maintaining and improving your chances of discovery. Please help us so we can continue to help you.

Thank you,
Joe Bott

Comments: Robert Alexander Alford (Nee: ) | South Stoneham England | 1851-1900 | Comments: Robert Alexander Alford is my great-great grandfather. He and Harriet Japp were married in 1844. Robert was a cabinet maker. I have a carved casket that he carved as an apprentice with a pen knife from oak from the New Forrest. I had it appraised recently. Robert would be pleased at the appraisal. Robert died in 1889. His father was Alexander Alford. The dog is named Rover.
