Comments: Carlton Allen Fox (Nee: ) | MD United States | 1901-1920 | Comments: Carlton was the only son of John A. Fox Jr. and Mary Adam Guntermann Fox. He was born Sept. 10, 1911 and died Jan. 29, 1985. Carlton graduated from Poly and in 1933, received his BS in mechanical engineering from The Johns Hopkins Univ. He worked for the WPA before joining Babcox & Wilcox. He was an officer in WWII and in Korea. Carlton married Gertrude Kirchschlager in 1937 and had two children. He retired from the Army Corps of Engineers as full colonel. They lived along the Magothy River, and traveled abroad, later moving to Cape Coral, FL. He died of prostate cancer and is buried in Arlington Nat. Cem.
