She was in Utah by 1851 when she became the plural wife of Tillman Berry Clifford. On the same day Tillman married Hulda's sister Deborah. Hulda and Tillman were the parents of 6 children. She divorced Tillman and married John Beeson Fields and they had 7 more children. She died in North Ogden, Utah in 1911
