Dead Fred's Genealogy Photo Archive, a free, fun photo genealogy research web site devoted to helping you visualize your heritage!

Dear readers,

We need your help. 90% of our expenses are covered by donations averaging $10, though not many visitors contribute. If each visitor reading this right now gave $2, we would have enough to operate DeadFred for a year. That's right, the price of a bottle of soda would do it. If DeadFred is helpful to you, please take a moment to help us. We are a very small group of volunteers serving thousands of readers daily with very little outside support. DeadFred is a place to share and discover the faces of your ancestors. The funds we receive go toward maintaining and improving your chances of discovery. Please help us so we can continue to help you.

Thank you,
Joe Bott

Comments: Ralph Frederick Bennett (Nee: Bennett) | Pontiac IL Untited States | 1921-1940 | Comments: This is a picture of my father, Ralph Frederick Bennett, born 1898, near Pontiac, Illinois. I don't know the year this was taken, though it's before 1940. It looks like he's standing at a construction site. His father, Charles Wesley Bennett, had a house construction business. Ralph and his brother Arthur worked for their dad. I'd love it if someone knows of him or is possibly related and can send me info. about the family. His surnames were Bennett and Kipfer. Louise (Lucy) Emma Kipfer was his mother. Ralph was in WWI. He died in 1990 and is buried at Nashville Veterans Cemetery, in Nashville, TN
