Dead Fred's Genealogy Photo Archive, a free, fun photo genealogy research web site devoted to helping you visualize your heritage!

Dear readers,

Please help us keep DeadFred alive. 90% of our expenses are supported by donations averaging $5. Not many visitors contribute. If each visitor reading this right now gave $2, our fundraiser would be done by the time you finish reading this. That's right, the price of a large can of soda would do it.

If DeadFred is helpful to you, please take a moment to help us. We are a very small group of volunteers serving thousands of readers daily with very little outside support. DeadFred is a place to share and discover the faces of your ancestors. The funds we receive go toward maintaining and improving your chances of discovery. Please help us so we can continue to help you.

Thank you,
Joe Bott

Comments: William B. Craig (Nee: ) | | 1851-1900 | Comments: *** PLEASE NOTE: Photograph was copied from eBay and I do not have the original, nor any additional information. All identifying and genealogical information was provided by the seller on eBay with the photograph. However, in *some* cases I may have done a little research on the name and added it to the comment field also as, "NOTE:", to help a researcher with the photograph. *** CRAIG SIBLINGS: Two Girls and a Boy, Dated and ID'd. This portrait of three siblings shows the two sisters wearing identical striped dresses and necklaces while their brother stands behind them placing his hands on their shoulders. The picture is nice and clear and with case measures about 3 1/2"X 3". There is only one-half of the case and is in fair condition, the other side is missing. On the inside is written in pencil "Taking Oct 6, 1858". Also a piece of paper inside identifies the three children. It has written on it: "Maggie E. Craig - mother," "William B. Craig - uncle," "Clara Craig - aunt." There is also a part of a newspaper clipping inside which probably only meant something to the owner of the picture.
