F. Henri Henriod (Frederick Henri) was the Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court from 1963 to 1967 and again from 1975 to 1976. He also served as Associate Justice from 1951 to 1963 and from 1967 to 1975. He was the son of Frederick Augustus Henriod and Selena Greenwood. He used his middle name to differentiate him from his father. He married Wilma Ellen Savage April 28, 1933 in American Fork, Utah. He was admitted to the Utah state bar after he graduated from Harvard University Law School. He spent an additional year at Harvard studying international law. Prior to that time he attended LDS College and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and spent one year at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He enlisted in the military on September 29, 1942 as an intelligence officer of combat requirements and held the rank of Captain. He was later appointed as a trial judge advocate, legal advisor, and and summary court officer with offices at headquarters in Italy. (bio by: Kathy'sCousin)
