Dead Fred's Genealogy Photo Archive, a free, fun photo genealogy research web site devoted to helping you visualize your heritage!

Dear readers,

Please help us keep DeadFred alive. 90% of our expenses are supported by donations averaging $5. Not many visitors contribute. If each visitor reading this right now gave $2, our fundraiser would be done by the time you finish reading this. That's right, the price of a large can of soda would do it.

If DeadFred is helpful to you, please take a moment to help us. We are a very small group of volunteers serving thousands of readers daily with very little outside support. DeadFred is a place to share and discover the faces of your ancestors. The funds we receive go toward maintaining and improving your chances of discovery. Please help us so we can continue to help you.

Thank you,
Joe Bott

Comments: Coy (Nee: Coy) | KS United States | 1851-1900 | Comments: I was sent this scan of a family picture from a distant cousin, who received it from a gr. aunt of mine. I believe the people in the picture are Coy's. There is a possibility that they could be from the Nash line, but I don't think this to be true. probably from Southeast Kansas (Cherokee County)line leading up to this picture would be Edward Oakley Coy (paternal gr. grandfather). Gr.Aunt who shared this picture with my distant cousin, her name was Rosemary Coy Cormeny born to Edward O. and Nora Nash Coy. It could possibly be Zachary Taylor Coy, but of this I am not sure. If anyone recognizes anyone in this picture, please contact me. I know this is probably a wild shot in the dark, but I don't have anything to lose. Thank You.
