Comments: Elsie Cagle (Nee: ) | Funkhouser NC Usa | 1921-1940 | Comments: This photo was made of my wife\'s parents, It was made in 1926 in Cherokee N.C. while on a visit to his home place in Bryson City N.C.. Glenn and Elise\'s home was in Funkhouser , Ga. thats 60 miles north of Atlanta Ga. He was employed at the GAF Corp. where he worked as yard foreman in the slate rock mines. Elise was a homemaker. They raised 4 children , 1 son 4 daughters. Bill Cagle, Eddie Cagle,Brenda Cagle and my wife Glenda Garland Cagle. Glenn retired Jan. 1974 and died July 5, 1974 after only 6 months of retirement. Elise passed away Nov. 18 2002
