Comments: Dead Fred (Nee: ) | | | Comments: Approx nine months ago DeadFred.com was attacked by malware called pharma-hack . This Pharma hit our database and started advertising Viagra under our name . Our presence on search engine especially Google presence was almost fatally affected by this attack . We were able to find the malware and remove it successfully . That was 8 months ago . Since then we have been safe as we hired a company to guard our perimeter. No.. we do not sell viagra ....No ...we do not harbour anything that can harm your computer ... Unfortunately , google.com has not been by to clean up the Viagra blurbs that this malware simulated . The words are still present in our search presence .We are not able to remove these words ourselves.. Google has been ask several times however they are very busy cleaning up 1000s of other sites .. they will eventually get a-round-tuit . Sometime . But having the viagra ads attached puts folks off so our donations have dwindled This whole episode has seriously hurt us financially to the point we might not make our server payment next month . Thats why we are asking for your help .. Hope you can help us keep DeadFred alive , we need to raise $500 for next months payment .. a little extra would help too until this gets cleaned up .....
