Words From The Reunited
I have been researching my family and found a number of photographs of
my relatives from the Miller family album from Philadelphia, Pa. on the
Dead Fred web site. My name is Susan Cannell and I knew I was named after
a Susan Miller who was my grandmother on my father's side. She was married
to Humberston Skipwith Cannell Senior. My father was Humberston Skipwith
Cannell Jr. He used the name Skipwith Cannell or Skip Cannell.
I was the 7th child my father had, born when he was 62. He was married
three times, first to a Kathleen Bigger Eaton, (no children) second to
Juliette Del Grange (2 children) and finally to my mother Catherine Pettigrew
(five children).
Would it be possible to obtain good copies of any of the following photographs?
Sue Cannell (Susan Ridgeway Miller married to Humberston Skipwith Cannell
Sr., her parents Daniel Leeds Miller Jr., Anna Pancoast Ridgeway, and
Daniel Leeds Miller Jr. parents Daniel Leeds Miller Sr and Hannah Nicholson).
I think she is only identified as H. Nicholson. I have more information
such as dates and place of birth, marriage and death and would like to
find out more about the Miller family album. Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Susan Ann Cannell
--
I may have identified John Keith Pardee. He was born in 1895, which would
have made him 19 years old at graduation time in 1915. He was from Delta
Cente, and I believe he would have had to go to Lansing High School. He
was the son of my Great Uncle Frank Leslie Pardee. I am sure this is he,
unless someone else has other info indicating him being a different person
than I perceive him to be.
Thanks,
Judy Haynes...........love the site by the way!!!!

discoveries at DeadFred.com! Share your reunion experience here.
Letters To The Archivists
I just heard a piece about your site on KUAF's Ozarks at Large program.
They told about a writing contest you were having. Maybe I'm being dense,
but I can't find anything about this contest on your site. Could you please
let me know how to see the photo that you're supposedly asking people
to write about, and what the rules of the contest are?
Thank you.
-Elizabeth Morsund
(Details on the writing contest may be found below)

Wow, what a great idea and a great site! I just stumbled upon it. I commend
all of you for your work in helping others. I hope to locate some photos
here one day.
